Everyone must take time to sit and watch the leaves turn colors

If winter is slumber and spring is birth, and summer is life, then autumn rounds out to be reflection. It's a time of year when the leaves are down and the harvest is in and the perennials are gone. Mother Earth just closed up the drapes on another year and it's time to reflect on what's come before.

Look what you do, for that is what you are worth. Do what you should do, refuse to do what you shouldn’t do. And when it is not clear, wait until you are sure.

Ankur Brings Multicultural Show to the Stanley Milner Theatre
For an evening of truly multicultural entertainment, you need look no farther than right here in the City of Edmonton where you could enjoy the World Music and see vibrant hair-raising ethnic dances from almost every corner of the world under one roof. On Oct 24, 2009, Ankur Multicultural Association for Performing Arts, a non-profitable association will organize a dazzling multicultural show. This will include Ugandan, Kathak (East Indian), Ukrainian and Salsa dances. Under the direction of Rod Olstad, the talented young violin players from Gateway Fiddlers will delight the audience. In addition, Ankur is fortunate to have a well-known tabla (Indian drum) player who is visiting from Kolkata, India. This musical evening will feature a Tabla (Indian drum) composition by Pradyut Ray, the visiting artist from India.

This multicultural show will be held at the Stanley Milner Library Theatre, 7 Sir Winston Churchill Square at 7.00 pm on October 24, 2009.
