Barbecue Today

Kamalesh Bava is organizing a Barbecue tomorrow, early in the eveninng! It is a small social gathering with six families.

Barbecue : it is a fun time with outdoor cooking going on!

The word barbecue is also used to refer to a social gathering where food is served, usually outdoors in the early afternoon.

Barbecue is the process of cooking meat/vegetables at low temperatures for long periods of time. The length of time cooked is what makes the items tender and moist.

The term barbecue is also used to designate a flavor added to foodstuffs, the most prominent of which are potato chips. Here are some Tips.

~Know the internal temperature of the meat that you are cooking.

~Know at what temperature you are cooking.

~Always use the cleanest fuel available.

~Don't over cook the food in the pretense of making it "falling off the bone" tender.

~Keep it Sanitary. When handling and preparing fresh meat,
always wash hands and the preparation surface areas regularly.

~Grilling grates must be hot!. always make sure the grates are very hot.

~Enjoy the process. Don't be in a hurry. Relax, plan ahead, take your time, have the necessary ingredients available before beginning. That may look like going to the store the day before cooking and buying everything.
