Grassroots Movement - Reboot Alberta
Ken Chapman describes himself as a political animal, and as a founder of grassroots movement Reboot Alberta, his evident enthusiasm for policy, process and even the occasional conflict clearly mark him as a member of that species. But the inclination that the lawyer and founder of Cambridge Strategies Inc. shows towards consensus building and reconciliation, not to mention his dedication to mastering new media, mark him as a more highly evolved member of the typically noisy and rancorous tribe. Chapman’s dedication to the public interest, both through his political work and his volunteer efforts, earned him the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal in 2004.

Thought For The Day
· Don't be afraid to give up the good to go for the great.
· Do not fear going forward slowly; fear only to stand still.
· So many fail because they don't get started - they don't go. They don't overcome inertia. They don't begin.
· Slow down and enjoy life. It's not only the scenery you miss by going too fast - you also miss the sense of where you are going and why.
· Mistakes are the portals of discovery.
· The future you see is the future you get.
· Life's challenges are not supposed to paralyze you; they're supposed to help you discover who you are.
· Success in any endeavour does not happen by accident. Rather, it's the result of deliberate decisions, conscious effort, and immense persistence... all directed at specific goals.
· Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.
· The secret of greatness is simple: do better work than any other man in your field - and keep on doing it.
