Essence Organic Tea Bar is the first organic tea bar in Edmonton. It was opened by Lisa Hanzel on July 15th, 2007 in Edmonton's downtown core business district. Essence is a contemporary tea house built upon the philosophy of health promotion through organic full leaf tea and herbs.
Essence offers over 50 varieties of organic tea and tisanes, iced teas, remedy tea blends, and exotic lat-teas made from beneficial rain forest crops. Essence is a full service tea bar with a light lunch menu.
